Tonight the final game between Vasa Sport and Ässät was played in Pori.Ässät was the far better team and Vasa Sport just couldn´t keep up with the standard of the home teams play witch resulted in a 3-0 win for Ässät.
Ässät remains in the SM-Liiga and Vasa Sport´s dream of getting to the SM-Liiga ended. They will be staying in Mestis liiga, witch is a lower ranked league in finish icehockey.
